I see the struggle, of foodpreneurs not getting their product into more baskets, often. Normally it’s because it is THE most overlooked marketing strategy, that when not done, causes THE most pain!
Not creating ‘pull-through’ is the fastest way to burn through a lot of cash and get delisted.
Most foodpreneurs are too busy trying to get on a shelf and then realise they don’t have the velocity to stay there. Plan your channel strategy in advance. Do not look at your sales win in a two-dimensional way. If you do it the right way, considering sales, marketing and money from the outset, you’ll ultimately save yourself a lot of time, money and heartbreak.
